ABOUT

Harold Furlow became a registered patent agent on February 19, 1999 and graduated from St. John's School of Law in 2000.  Mr. Furlow is a member of the bar in New York and Connecticut.  Mr. Furlow has litigated cases in the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York and in New Jersey that range in subject matter from the infringing of trademarks to insurance disputes related to the importation of goods to the misappropriation of on-line photographs for commercial uses.  Mr. Furlow performs patent, trademark and copyright legal services for clients that extend geographically from Florida to upstate New York. 

Prior to working as a patent agent and attorney, Mr. Furlow worked as a civilian engineer for the United States Navy on reliability improvement projects on the A-6E and F-14 aircraft for the Naval Air Command and various reliability projects for the Strategic Systems Programs.  Mr. Furlow graduated from the Virginia Military Institute in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and served in the Marines until 1986 flying over 1,000 hours as a CH-46 Sea Knight helicopter pilot.
